A Lawyer Who Has Stood on Both Sides of the Table
Jacob Perez did not grow up wanting to represent insurance companies. He grew up wanting to protect people. But his path there was deliberate, and he spent his early legal career learning how the opposition thinks, so he could use it against them.
Before practicing plaintiff law, Jacob worked for insurance companies on the defense side. He learned how they assign value to injuries, how they build cases to minimize payouts, and how they prepare for litigation. That knowledge does not disappear when you change sides. It becomes a weapon.
He is also a United States Air Force veteran, six years of service that shaped how he operates: with discipline, accountability, and a commitment to not leaving anyone behind.
